As a member of Living Sound Broadcasters Limited you are invited to attend the AGM Meeting, details as below:

Venue: Ninefourone FM Studios, 39 Bridge Street Coniston NSW 2500
Date: Monday 13th December 2010
Time: 6:45 pm for a 7pm start
RSVP: by close of business Friday 3rd December
Cost: Free.

The purpose of the meeting is to:
receive minutes of last AGM held on Wednesday 16th December 2009 as a true and correct record of proceedings
receive the accounts for end FY 2010;
hear reports from the Board and station management;
elect Board members for the next 12 months;

There will also be the opportunity for members to ask questions of the Board and request matters be considered by the Board.

The current Board (Geoff Moses, Mark Jeffery, Daniel Tribe, Michael Kohler and Raymond Robinson) will be stepping down, in accordance with the constitution. Preliminary nominations for election to the Board are as follows;

Nominations are open till the 26th November 2010, and must be submitted on the attached forms and be received at the station by 5:00 pm on the 26th November 2010.
