Notice of AGM – Living Sound Broadcasters Limited ACN 002 903 648

As a member of Living Sound Broadcasters Limited you are invited to attend the AGM Meeting and Dinner, details as below:

Venue:  Centro CBD Function Centre, 28 Stewart Street Wollongong NSW 2500

Date:  Monday 28th November 2011

Time:  6:30 pm for a 7pm start

RSVP:  Monday 14th November 2011 by 5pm

Cost: Non-Member: $70        Member: $40

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • receive minutes of last AGM held on 13 December 2010 as a true and correct record of proceedings
  • receive the accounts for FY 2011;
  • hear reports from the Board and station management;
  • elect Board members for the next 12 months;

There will also be the opportunity for members to ask questions of the Board and request matters be considered by the Board.

The current Board ( Geoff Moses, Mark Jeffery, David Willis, Michael Kohler, Phil Baretto and Raymond Robinson) will be stepping down, in accordance with the constitution.  Preliminary nominations for election to the Board are as follows;

  • Michael Kohler
  • Raymond Robinson

Nominations are open till the 14th November 2011, and must be submitted on the attached forms and be received at the station by 5:00 pm on the 14th November 2011.

Agenda for meeting will be finalised and forwarded to members along with details of all nomination for the Board, however the following is the draft agenda.
